10+ Years in Life Sciences Leadership
With a strong academic foundation and extensive professional experience in Europe and South America at pharmaceutical multinationals, I was able to immerse myself in the Life Science and Health (LSH) sector profoundly.
My work has focused on strategic partnerships, business development, customer relationship management, collaboration with R&D and medical teams, and bringing life science innovations to market. This gave me deep insights into both, the scientific and business sides of the industry.
Through my journey, I have observed a recurring challenge: groundbreaking scientific innovations often struggle to reach the market due to a gap between innovators and investors. Scientists think in terms of discovery, while investors think in terms of business models and scalability.
Motivated to bridge this gap, I have developed a practical framework to help LSH-entrepreneurs, especially those with scientific backgrounds, to translate their innovations into viable businesses.
