To ensure that the request for access is made by you, we ask you to send a copy of your identity document with the request. In this copy, please black out your photo, MRZ (machine-readable zone, the strip with numbers at the bottom of the passport), passport number, and Citizen Service Number (BSN) for the protection of your privacy. We will respond as soon as possible but within four weeks to your request. Depending on the complexity of the requests and the number of requests, this period can be extended by 2 months if necessary.
